Janice Louise Cook
Janice Louise Simpkins Cook, 79, of Radford, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2009.
She has once surviving brother, Earl Richard Simpkins, Sr.. She has one suriviing sister-in-law, Cora Isabelle Simpkins.
Surviving son-in-law, Carl Armetrout; one son, Johnny Cook; and grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Husband, George Washington Cook; daughter, Shirley Ann Armentrout and daughter, Maryln Ann Simpkins and brothers: Truman Simpkins and wife Frances, Ray Simpkins and wife Nellie, and Robert Simpkins and wife Vern, one sister Vonice Duncan and husband Kyle.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
