Darryl Allen Gearhart, 45 of Copper Hill, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012.
Darryl was a retired firefighter/EMT for Roanoke County Fire/Rescue. He adored his precious cats Gracie and Gizmo.
Left to Cherish his memory are his parents; Melvin & Brenda Gearhart, wife; Julie R. Gearhart, brother; Michael Gearhart, sister Sarah Gearhart, uncles & aunts; Larry & Margaret Gearhart, Donald & Opal Gearhart, Allen & Mary Board, step son; Justin Defee, step daughter & husband Amanda & Michael Williams, step granddaughter; Kenley Grace Williams.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Copper Hill Church of the Brethren with Pastor Tony Gray and Pastor Marty Moyer officiating with interment to follow in Restvale Cemetery. Family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Oakey’s South Chapel, Roanoke.
