James Butler Estes, Jr.

James Butler Estes, Jr., 72, of Riner, Va, passed away on July 3, 2009. He was preceded in death by Father, James Estes, Sr.; Mother, Gustava Estes; Brothers: Junior, Don, Phillip, and Roger Estes; and One Great Grandson, Chase Conner.

Survivors include: Wife, Joann Mitchell Estes of Riner, VA; Two Sons, Garry Estes and wife Sherry of Floyd, VA, and Randall Estes and wife Sandy of Riner, VA; Two Daughters, Patty Noland and husband Ronnie of Lawton, OK, and Jean Marshall and husband Clinton of Floyd, VA; Sister, Evelyn Harrison, of Riner, Va; Brother, Fred Estes of Riner, VA; 6 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; and Special Niece, Tammy Boothe.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Walker officiating. Interment will be in the Thomas Family Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 4, 2009 from 4-6 p.m. at Maberry Funeral Home.
