Glare Clifton Bond, 97 of Floyd, passed away Friday June 4, 2010.
Preceded in death by Parents, Stephen Douglas & Sarah Mabry Bond; Wife, Ardene Mitchell Bond; Brother, Graydon Bond; Sisters, Bernice Bond Reed and Ava Bond Belcher.
Survivors include Brother-In-Law, Julian Mitchell; and Several Nieces, Nephews, and Great Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday June7, 2010 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Kilbourne officiating. Interment to follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday June 6, 2010 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Glare’s memory to Falling Branch United Methodist Church c/o Pat Shelor 674 Old Furnace Road, Floyd, VA 24091.
