Nelva Zorene Sowers Radford

Nelva Zorene Sowers Radford, 79, of Floyd went to be with her lord and savior Thursday November 27, 2008. She was born on June 15, 1929 in Floyd to the late Posey and Addie Howery Sowers.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years Johnnie Robert Radford of Floyd. Zorene is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Judy & Tommy Litchford, Christiansburg, two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Wanda Radford, Bedford, Ricky and Jackie Radford, Floyd.

7 great grandchildren, one sister Helen S. Graham, Christiansburg, one brother and sister-in-law Ferd and Loraine Sowers, Christiansburg. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Josh Kilbourne officiating. Interment to will follow in the Vest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday Nov. 28, 2008 at the funeral home.
