Fredrick William Keith, age 67 of Floyd passed away Sunday December 7, 2008.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents Dura & Liziena Mae Sutphin Keith, brothers Lenard Keith & Clarence Keith, & sister Hazel Keith.

He is survived by Wife Margaret Della Boyd Keith; Sons & Daughters-In-Law: Thomas “Mike” & Vicki Keith and William & Diane Keith; Daughter & Son-In-Law: Lisa & Darrell Eanes, All of Floyd; 6 Grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; Sisters & Brothers-In-Law: Lydia Burgress of Floyd, Eula (Peggy) Hurt and Clara Graham Both of Radford, Lula & Hassell Semones of Willis, Freda & Ron Trail of Cleveland, GA; Brothers: Frank & Peggy Keith and Claude Keith, Both of Floyd; Caregiver Billy Young.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday December 10, 2008 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Allan Vass. Interment to follow at the Williams Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday December 9, 2008 at the Funeral Home.
