Edith Keith Muncy
Edith Keith Muncy, 98 formerly of Floyd, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday July 20, 2011 at the Shenandoah Nursing Home in Fishersville, VA.
She was born May 23, 1913 in Floyd, VA to the late Henry E. and Naomi Wade Keith. She was a member of the Laurel Branch Church of the Brethren. She was preceded in death by her husband John A. Muncy, Jr., a son Robert C. Muncy. Survivors include daughters & sons-in-law; Madge & Howe Truslow, Burdeena Barker, Arba Jean & Roy Montgomery, Ellen & Lonnie Douglas, Sr.,sons Frank, Paul, and Rufus Muncy, 12grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held 5: 00 p.m. Saturday July 23, 2011 at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. Family will receive friends 2 hours prior to service.
