Clinton Colen Wade

Clinton Colen Wade, 72 of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 22, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Colen & Marie Akers Wade; and daughters, Amy Dawn Wade and Sarah Beth Wade. He was married 39 years ago at the West End Church of God in Radford. He attended the Indian Valley Church of God.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Meredith Wade; daughter & son-in-law, Melissa and Kevin Weeks; grandchildren, Chandler Weeks, Branson Weeks, and Rae-Anna Weeks; brothers & sisters-in-law, Earnest & Pam Wade, Jimmie & Ellen Wade; special nieces and nephew.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Indian Valley Church of God 2223 Macks Mountain Road NW, Indian Valley, VA 24105 with Rev. Kenneth Poston and Rev. Jamie Cooper officiating. Interment to follow in the Big Sand Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the church. Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the Big Sand Cemetery c/o Davis Marshall, 4320 Indian Valley Rd NW, Willis, VA 24380. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Lindsey Glock from Carilion Hospice and Diane Ratcliff from Carilion Home Health for their special care during this time.
