Diana Kay Belcher

Diana Kay Belcher, 37 of Floyd, went to be in the arms of Jesus, Monday, September 26, 2011.

Preceded in death by Grandpa John Abe Belcher, & Edwin Graham, Grandma Martha Graham, Uncles Elvin Belcher, Junior Montgomery, and Paul Graham, Aunt Barbara Cox. Diana was a member of Harris Chapel Methodist Church. She played the piano at Church and wrote songs.

Left to cherish her memories are her parents; Guy & Beatrice Belcher, stepson; Travis Rector, sisters; Renee & Timmy Akers, Marlene Gauldin, nieces; Amanda Dulaney, Kaylee Dulaney Nephews; T.J. Vest, Travis Akers, Jonathan Gauldin, & Keelen Vest. Uncles & Aunts Leon & Shirley Belcher, Clyde & Corine Belcher, Wendell & Marcella Graham, Neal & Kathy Graham, Homer & Ruth Graham, Neva & James Church, Judy & Jody Sparks, Marie Montgomery, Connie Belcher, Shirley Graham, and Bonnie Hawks, and several cousins.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Maberry Funeral Home with Pastor Marcus Wood & Pastor Roy Turpin officiating. Interment to follow in Slate Mountain Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the funeral home.
