Bessie May Way

Bessie May Way, 97 of Riner, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 15, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Way, who died in 1972, and one grandson, George “Pete” Ratliff.

She is survived by her sons, Charles Way, Bobby Way, and Danny Way all of Riner; daughters, Mary Gunter of Mississippi, Betty Bailey of Burt Chimney, Dolly Barlow of Stuarts Draft, and Phyllis Baker of Pulaski; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 18, 2013 at New Hope Church of God with Rev. Michael Bond, Rev. Earl Hanks, and Rev. Leon Alley officiating. Interment to follow in the Piedmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the church.
