
Ethel Fralin Greenwood
Ethel Fralin Greenwood, 93, of Copper Hill, VA., went to meet her Lord Sunday, July 25, 2010. She was Preceded in death by her husband, W. Brady Greenwood; two sons, Brady Jr., and Lewis Greenwood; one daughter, Essie Manno; and one special grandson, Joe Joyce.
Surviving are four daughters, Ann (Johnny) Cooper, Rocky Mount, Va., Geneva (Harold) Nichols, Copper Hill, Va., Elizabeth Guiterrez, Floyd, Va., Ava (Buddy) Turner, Callaway, Va.; one son, William (Bill) and (Sandra) Greenwood, Copper Hill, Va.; one sister, Hazel Altis, Shawsville, Va.; nine grandsons; and five granddaughters; 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
She attended the House of Prayer Church in Floyd, Va. She will also be missed by her little dog, Brown Sugar and cat. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010, 2 p.m. at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joseph Ashby and the Rev. David Stetler officiating. Family will receive friends Monday 6 to 8 p.m. the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Franklin Memorial Gardens, Boones Mill, Va. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Floyd County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 257 Floyd, Va. 24091. Thanks to caregiver, special niece, Debbie Vaught and the staff of Skyline Manor Nursing Home. Maberry Funeral Home of Floyd, is serving the Greenwood family.
