Victor Weddle Quesenberry

Victor Weddle Quesenberry, 83 of Willis, went to his heavenly home Monday, October 17, 2011. Victor was retired from VDOT as a supervisor. Following retirement he enjoyed spending his time in his woodshop. He spent much of his time in his garden, sharing its bounty with family and friends, as it was his joy. He was deacon at Topeco Church of the Brethren. He especially enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survived by Wife of 63 years,Virginia Quesenberry;Daughter & Son-in-Law, Carolyn & David Pratt;Son & Daughter-in-Law, Kevin & Samantha Quesenberry;Grandchildren, Andrea & Binder Elzowry,Joshua & Brandi Pratt, Taylor Quesenberry, Asher Quesenberry;Great-Grandchildren, Miranda Harris, Andrew Harris, Harley Delorie, Coen Pratt, Liam Pratt; Numerous cousins and many, many friends.Dad never knew a stranger.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Topeco Church of the Brethren with Rev. Mike Varner officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the church.
